Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium-based desktop browsers work best. Firefox has partial support. Safari and mobile browsers do not support screen capture.
Why is the file size large?
GIFs are uncompressed — screen recordings can be large. Use lower FPS (5–10), shorter duration, and 50% scale for smaller files. You can also optimize the result with our GIF Optimizer.
Is my screen recording uploaded anywhere?
